Walkersons Private Estate has a 1000m long, 8m wide asphalt runway ideal for light aircraft and for helicopters there is a helipad at the Hotel. Anyone using these facilities is required to sign an indemnity form as you use either at your own risk. Kindly note that our runway and helipad may only be used by Walkersons Private Estate homeowners, guests of homeowners and Walkersons Hotel guests and must be arranged in advance.

Estate guests are also welcome to use the helipad at Walkersons Hotel & Spa, if there are no prior bookings for hotel guests flying in via helicopter. All helicopter landings for estate guests need to be booked in advance, and are subject to availability. Should an estate guest be utilising the helipad and the hotel receives a booking for a helicopter guest due to fly in, the estate guest would be required to ensure their helicopter is moved to the end of the runway and park in the designated parking area.
